Damages and issues
Every package is inspected prior to shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is received damaged, please send email within 24-48 hours from receiving the package with the order number and photos of the packaging and item. The item is in stock a replacement item will be shipped. If not in stock, I will issue a store credit. 

Mis-delivered Mail

For any Mis-delivered mail. Please keep an eye on your tracking. File an investigation with the post office.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All products on this website are  Non-returnable/Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable.
